We accept cash (MAD and EUR/USD), and credit cards via a secure payment link. Payment is collected upon check-in or check-out, depending on your preference.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 14:00 (2 PM) and check-out is until 12:00 (noon). Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request, subject to availability.

Do you offer airport transfers?

Yes! We can arrange a private transfer from Marrakech Menara Airport. The drive takes about 20 minutes. Please let us know your flight details when booking.
